Moving through its recurring phases of waxing and waning, the moon offers a steady foundation to work with the natural flow of these living energies for personal growth and unfoldment.
From ancient times to today, the New Moon has been viewed as a time of beginnings, a time to attend to that which we want to grow in our lives. With the Full Moon, we are given an opportunity to see with a fuller perspective and release that which no longer serves us.

We gather to consciously mark the phases of the moon, exploring and integrating the impact these cyclical energies have on our own lives.
Our ceremonies include astrology, energy work, and cacao as tools for opening to self-awareness, self-nurturing, and self-expansion. With these tools we are better able to hold steady through these tumultuous times and beneficially impact the world around us.
These online events are led by three wise women, each bringing their individual area of expertise to create a unique and multi-dimensional experience.
Ancient Wisdom & Astrological Wisdom:
Kailean Welsh, Soul Guide
Kailean leads an exploration through the astrological and cosmic energy flow of the time and season. Applying this continually changing information to your personal life will help you ride the waves of your unique soul/human experience. A licensed psychotherapist, Kailean has been an on-going student of astrology and metaphysics for over 30 years. With her abundance of earth energy, she brings practical tips to anchor into the vibrational influence of these universal energies as we live, breath, move, and have our being in this great unknown mystery we typically call God.
Cacao Ceremony:
Kathy McKernan, Elemental Living Guide
With Kathy's guidance, you will embark on a journey that will open your heart and mind to the power of plant medicine. Ceremonial grade cacao is an ancient food, alive in spirit. Since ancient times, Cacao has been used in ceremonies to provide greater access to your intuition as well as connection to Spirit. As a heart opener, you might notice a release of emotional and movement of stuck energy.
Energywork:
Bonnie Nussbaum, Psychologist and Holistic Coach
For this portion of our ceremony, Bonnie will use tools such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Breathwork, guided imagery, PSYCH-K, and others to foster healing on many levels and prepare you for moving forward in your life in ways that feed your soul and enhance your mission here on Earth. The energy work will focus on grounding and anchoring the work previously done in the ceremony.

For the virtual experience you will need: access to Zoom via internet, your journal or a pad of paper and pen suitable for writing or drawing, and a quiet place to participate. We ask that you bring a prepared drink, preferably ceremonial grade cacao or, if that is not available, please have either pure water or an organic, non-caffeinated plant-based beverage.
